APPOINTMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY
All appointments require a $100 deposit to secure your booking.
If you have booked in for treatment, this amount is deducted off the total cost of treatment on the day.
Please note that deposits are strictly non-transferrable.
We understand that things do come up and that sometimes you may need to change your appointment.
However, we kindly request 48 hours notice.
Please be aware that changes to all appointments require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to avoid losing your deposit. This allows us time to reallocate your appointment to another client.
Last minute booking changes, cancellations, or failure to attend your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited.
Please aim to arrive at the clinic five to ten minutes prior to your appointment to allow time for parking and checking in.
If you are late, we may not be able to provide the full treatment that you are booked for because our treatments cannot be rushed, but you will still be charged for the full appointment. If you fail to attend your appointment you will be charged a cancellation/no show fee.
Refunds/Discounts:
Treatments are not routinely discounted as this is against Australian Consumer law regarding prescription medication and medial equipment. Discounts will not be offered for touch-up treatments, or where additional treatment is required because treatment goals have not been met. Deposit Refunds are only given on request, where an appointment is cancelled by you with at least 48 hours notice. Refunds are not given for unachieved expectations, unsatisfactory results, or treatment failure, or for complications and their associated management as these constitute inherent risks of the treatment.
